Transformer Copper Terminal Stud is the core conductive spare part matched with DIN42531/DIN42533 porcelain bushing,widely installed on oil-immersed distribution&power transformers to connect internal winding and external busbar/cable,responsible for high-current power transmission between transformer inner and outer circuit.

Made of high-purity C11000 ETP copper/OFHC oxygen-free copper,complying with DIN1787,EN13601 and ASTM B187 copper material standards,conductivity reaches≥101%IACS,greatly reducing contact resistance and heat loss during long-term loaded operation.All threads adopt precision rolling machining instead of cutting thread,uniform metric thread(M24/M30/M36/M42 standard DIN thread size),stable tolerance,no slide thread after repeated nut locking,perfect fit for European DIN-spec transformer porcelain sleeve assembly.

We supply two common types:half-thread stud&full-thread stud,covering HV(10kV/20kV/24kV)high voltage and LV(0.4kV)low voltage transformer projects,rated current range:250A~2500A as customized.Optional surface treatment:tin plating,silver plating to boost anti-corrosion and oxidation resistance for outdoor,coastal and high-humidity working environment.
