Oil Level Indicator for Transformer

DIN standard Oil Level Indicator is an indispensable monitoring accessory fitted on the conservator or sealed tank of oil-immersed transformers, designed to real-time display insulating oil volume changes caused by temperature variation, oil leakage or oil replenishment. It keeps operators informed of normal oil level, low oil alert and overfilling status to secure transformer safe running.

We supply two mainstream structures matching European DIN specifications: magnetic dial type (DIN42569 for conservator) and tubular sight glass type (DIN53701 for fully sealed transformer tank).

Magnetic pointer oil level indicator: Equipped with internal float and magnetic linkage structure, external dial clearly shows oil level scale; optional built-in micro alarm switch to send remote electrical signal when oil reaches high/low limit. Aluminum alloy shell with spray anti-corrosion treatment, IP65 protection for outdoor installation.

Prismatic tubular oil level sight gauge: High borosilicate transparent glass body with DIN standard G thread connections, directly observe liquid level intuitively, resistant to transformer oil corrosion and high & low temperature aging.

All products comply with DIN42569, DIN53701 and IEC60076 standards, interchangeable with German original DIN-type indicators for new transformer production and aftermarket replacement. Customizable size, installation thread and alarm function according to client technical drawings.
