Product Description:
SBH15-M series is a fully sealed three-phase oil-immersed amorphous alloy distribution transformer, rated capacity ranging from 30kVA up to 2500kVA,primary standard voltage 10kV,secondary 0.4kV,strictly compliant with IEC60076&GB/T25446 international&national standards.
Different from conventional silicon steel core transformers, its magnetic core is wound by ultra-thin amorphous alloy ribbon(0.027mm thickness),an isotropic soft magnetic material with disordered atomic structure, high resistivity(3~6 times of silicon steel),ultra-low hysteresis&eddy current loss.It is the top-tier Grade 1 high-efficiency energy-saving distribution transformer widely promoted for global grid upgrade, industrial park, commercial complex, rural power reconstruction and renewable energy power station projects.
Model Code Explanation
S:Three-phase;B:Amorphous alloy core;H:Low-voltage copper foil winding;15:Energy efficiency level;M:Fully sealed structure
2.Core Product Advantages
Ultra-low no-load loss,prominent energy saving
No-load loss cuts down 70%~75%vs S9 silicon steel transformer,65%vs S11 standard,no-load current reduces over 80%,greatly lowers long-term no-load power consumption especially for off-peak idle distribution network, cuts customer annual electricity expense sharply.Amorphous material features tiny magnetizing power, minimal core heat generation and low operating temperature rise.
Fully sealed corrugated tank,maintenance-free design
Adopts all-welded corrugated radiator tank without conservator;vacuum full oil-filling process isolates insulating oil completely from ambient air, avoids oil oxidation, moisture ingress and insulation aging, realizes lifelong maintenance-free under normal service condition.High-quality FKM rubber sealing parts with outstanding anti-aging&oil-resistant performance for long outdoor operation.
Strong short-circuit withstand capability&stable operation
Low-voltage side wound by integral oxygen-free copper foil with uniform ampere-turn distribution;high-voltage enameled copper wire with reinforced insulation;whole body fixed with anti-loose positioning fasteners to avoid coil displacement during transportation or sudden short-circuit impact.Standard Dyn11 connection group suppresses grid harmonic pollution and improves power supply quality.
Green&eco-friendly,wide adaptability
Less power waste reduces fossil fuel consumption&carbon emission, meets global energy-saving&carbon-neutral policy requirements;suitable for high humidity, coastal salt fog, high altitude and remote unattended power distribution sites.Customizable tapping voltage, auxiliary accessories and mounting dimension per client drawing.
