Iron Core Assembly

Constructed with high-grade cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheet,stacked with full mitered joint process to minimize magnetic leakage and core no-load loss.S13 design realizes ultra-low no-load loss index,far superior to S11 conventional standard,realizing remarkable long-term energy saving during long-running standby operation.The core is fixed by non-magnetic fasteners to avoid local overheating and reduce running noise.

Coil&Winding System

High/low voltage windings adopt high-purity oxygen-free copper enameled wire with multi-layer cylindrical winding layout,uniform winding spacing and enhanced insulation wrapping.Strict vacuum drying and vacuum oil injection processes eliminate internal air bubbles,improving insulation stability and short-circuit withstand capability against sudden grid surge and short-circuit impact.Customizable tap changer on high voltage side allows±2×2.5%voltage regulation to adapt unstable incoming grid voltage fluctuation.

Oil Tank&Cooling Structure

Fully welded steel corrugated radiator tank replaces traditional tubular radiator;transformer mineral insulating oil serves as both cooling medium and insulating medium.Natural oil circulation+air natural cooling(ONAN)as standard cooling type;forced air cooling(ONAF)is optional for large-capacity models above 2500kVA to improve overload carrying capacity.Corrosion-resistant epoxy anti-rust coating is applied on tank exterior for outdoor harsh environment including damp,dust and coastal salt fog.

Auxiliary Protection Configuration

Equipped with oil level indicator,pressure relief valve,temperature sensor,drain oil valve and gas relay as standard accessories to monitor oil level,internal fault gas and winding real-time temperature.Optional on-load tap changer,online oil quality monitoring device and winding temperature remote transmission module are available per client requirements.
