S22 series 10kV oil immersed transformer is New Grade 1 high-efficiency energy-saving distribution transformer,updated generation beyond S11/S13,designed per IEC60076&GB20052-2020 new national energy efficiency standard,covering rated capacity from 50kVA to 5000kVA,rated primary voltage 10kV with±2×2.5%off-circuit tap regulation,standard secondary 0.4kV.Widely used for urban&rural power grid renovation,industrial park,mining,photovoltaic/wind farm step-down station,commercial complex,residential district and overseas EPC power projects.Compared with S13,no-load loss cuts around 20%,load loss reduces nearly 28%,ranking top-tier energy efficiency among oil immersed distribution transformers.

Iron Core

Made of high-permeability ultra-low loss grain-oriented cold rolled silicon steel sheet,full miter multi-step lap stacking process,optimized magnetic circuit to minimize magnetic leakage and no-load current;non-magnetic clamping fixtures eliminate local overheating and cut running noise obviously.Partial customized 3D wound core option for further energy saving&noise reduction.

HV&LV Windings

90%high-purity oxygen-free solid copper conductor,regular layered cylindrical winding structure.Full vacuum drying+full vacuum oil-filling technology removes inner air bubble,improves insulation stability and outstanding short-circuit withstand capacity against sudden grid surge and short-circuit strike.Standard connection group:Dyn11,optional Yyn0 as per client’s grid requirement.

Fully Sealed Corrugated Oil Tank

Standard fully-sealed corrugated welded steel tank without conservator;insulating mineral oil works as both cooling&insulating medium.Standard cooling mode:ONAN(Natural Oil Natural Air Cooling);ONAF forced air cooling optional for capacity≥2500kVA to improve overload performance.Outer tank coated anti-rust epoxy paint,adapting damp,dusty,coastal salt fog outdoor environment,realizing long-term near maintenance-free running.

Standard Fittings

Pre-equipped with oil level indicator,pressure relief safety valve,gas relay,drain oil valve and temperature measuring parts for real-time operating status monitoring;optional on-load tap changer,remote temperature transmission module and online oil quality monitoring device on request.
