SCB18 series 35kV cast resin dry-type transformer is the latest high-efficiency energy-saving epoxy cast distribution transformer,designed in accordance with IEC60076,GB/T1094 and China’s latest energy efficiency standards.The rated capacity ranges from 50kVA to 5000kVA,primary rated voltage 35kV,widely used in urban central substations,commercial complexes,high-rise buildings,new energy power plants,petrochemical plants,underground pipe galleries,hospitals and metallurgical industries,especially for fire-proof,explosion-proof and environmentally sensitive power supply occasions.

1.Ultra-low loss&high energy efficiency

Adopts high-grade cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheet,full miter core cutting and optimized lamination structure.No-load loss and load loss are significantly lower than SCB13/SCB14 types,reaching top-level energy efficiency index,effectively reducing long-term operating power consumption and operational cost for power users.

2.Epoxy resin cast high-reliability winding

HV and LV coils are fully cast by high-purity epoxy resin under vacuum casting process with oxygen-free copper conductor.The integrated epoxy shell tightly wraps winding to block moisture,dust and chemical corrosion;outstanding mechanical strength enables strong short-circuit resistance and anti-cracking performance.

4.Forced air cooling option,strong overload capability

Standard cooling mode:AN(Natural Air Cooling);optional AF(Forced Air Cooling)with matched axial cooling fans.Under AF operation,transformer can bear 150%short-time overload to cope with peak power consumption.Running noise is low after core shock absorption optimization,suitable for downtown and residential surrounding installation.
