SCB13 series 35kV dry-type transformer is an epoxy resin cast dry-type power transformer developed in compliance with international IEC standards and domestic electrical specifications,covering rated capacity ranging from 50kVA to 5000kVA,with primary rated voltage 35kV and customizable secondary voltage configurations as per customer grid requirements.It adopts advanced vacuum epoxy casting technology for core and coil encapsulation,eliminating flammable transformer oil,which classifies it as environment-friendly,flame-retardant and maintenance-free power distribution equipment widely applied in urban substations,industrial parks,commercial complexes,underground projects,mines and new energy power stations.
2.Core Structural Features
2.1 Iron Core
The core is stacked with high-grade cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheet,adopting full miter cutting and multi-step lap joint structure.It effectively reduces no-load loss,no-load current and running noise;core surface is coated with insulated anti-rust paint to improve corrosion resistance and operational stability.
2.2 High&Low Voltage Windings
HV Winding(35kV side):High-voltage coils use high-quality oxygen-free copper wire wrapped with high-temperature resistant insulating material,integrally cast with epoxy resin under full vacuum condition.Compact casting structure prevents moisture infiltration and partial discharge.
LV Winding:Foil-wound copper structure for large-capacity models above 1000kVA;small-capacity products adopt copper wire winding.Uniform current distribution reduces eddy loss and temperature rise during full-load operation.
Epoxy resin casting body features high mechanical strength,crack resistance and outstanding insulation performance,adapting to humid,dusty and harsh operating environments.
2.3 Auxiliary Configuration
Equipped with built-in PT100 temperature sensing probes matching intelligent temperature control fan system;axial cooling air ducts reserved inside coils for natural air cooling(AN)or forced air cooling(AF).Optional IP20/IP23 protective metal enclosure to avoid accidental touch and foreign object intrusion.
