Product Description:
1. Product Overview
SCB11 series 35kV dry-type transformer is epoxy resin vacuum cast distribution transformer designed per IEC60076 and international electrical standards, covering rated capacity from 50kVA to 5000kVA, primary rated voltage 35kV, secondary voltage customizable (standard 0.4kV). Oil-free epoxy encapsulated structure features flame retardant, explosion-proof and eco-friendly features, widely adopted in indoor power distribution, new energy booster stations, urban substations, high-rise buildings, mines and chemical industries.
2. Core & Winding Construction
Iron Core
Fabricated with high-grade cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, step-lap miter joint cutting technology minimizes no-load loss, no-load current and operating noise. Core surface covered with anti-rust insulating coating for stable long-term operation.
HV & LV Windings
35kV High Voltage Coil: Oxygen-free copper conductor wrapped with high-temperature insulation, integrally cast under full vacuum epoxy pouring, compact structure with low partial discharge, excellent moisture and dust resistance.
Low Voltage Coil: Small capacity adopts copper wire winding; large-capacity unit uses copper foil winding for even current distribution, lower eddy current loss and uniform temperature rise.
F-class/H-class insulation optional for enhanced heat resistance.
3. Main Performance Advantages
Energy Saving Design: SCB11 efficiency level, lower no-load & load loss than SCB9 old models, effectively reduces long-term electricity consumption and operational cost.
Superior Safety Performance: Self-extinguishing epoxy resin without oil leakage, explosion or fire risk; ideal for densely populated indoor power rooms and underground projects.
Wide Environmental Adaptability: No oil pollution, no waste oil treatment; works steadily under high humidity, dusty and slightly corrosive ambient, applicable for coastal and chemical park environment. Standard applicable altitude ≤1000m, ambient temperature: -25℃~+40℃.
Low Noise & Minimal Maintenance: Optimized shock absorption design controls running noise within standard limits; oil-free design cancels regular oil replacement, filtration and leakage inspection, only routine dust cleaning needed.
Flexible Cooling Option: AN natural air cooling as standard; AF forced air cooling with matched cooling fans for overload running. Optional IP20/IP23 protective enclosure to prevent accidental touching and foreign debris entering. Built-in PT100 temperature sensors linked with intelligent temperature controller for overheat alarm and fan automatic start-stop.
