1. Product Overview
SCB10 series 35kV dry-type transformer is manufactured in accordance with IEC60076 and international industry standards, with rated capacity spanning from 50kVA to 5000kVA. The high-voltage rated input is 35kV, and standard secondary output is 0.4kV with customizable voltage grades. Adopting full vacuum epoxy resin casting process without insulating oil, this transformer features flame retardant, explosion-proof and pollution-free characteristics, extensively used in urban power grids, industrial plants, high-rise buildings, underground projects, new energy power stations and chemical enterprises.
2. Structural Characteristics
Core
The iron core is stacked with high-performance cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets and processed by multi-step miter lap cutting technology, which effectively cuts down no-load loss, no-load current and operating noise. Anti-rust insulating paint is coated on core surface to improve structural stability and corrosion resistance.
High & Low Voltage Windings
35kV high voltage winding is wound by high-purity oxygen-free copper wire wrapped with high-temperature resistant insulation materials and integrally cast by epoxy resin under vacuum environment, featuring compact structure, low partial discharge and strong moisture-proof capability. Small-capacity low voltage coils adopt copper wire winding, while large-capacity products apply copper foil winding to realize uniform current distribution and reduce extra eddy loss. F-class or H-class insulation is optional to upgrade heat resistance.
Auxiliary Accessories
Built-in PT100 thermal sensors match intelligent temperature control system to realize automatic fan startup, over-temperature alarm and fault protection. Two cooling modes are available: AN natural air cooling and AF forced air cooling. Optional IP20/IP23 metal protection cabinet prevents accidental contact and foreign substance intrusion.

Strong environmental adaptability: No waste oil discharge and environmental contamination; can run reliably under dusty, high-humidity and mild corrosive working conditions, applicable for coastal and chemical industrial zones, with standard applicable altitude ≤1000m and ambient temperature range -25℃~+40℃.
Low maintenance cost: Oil-free design removes regular oil replacement, oil filtration and leak detection work; only regular surface dust cleaning is required to cut later maintenance expense.
Low operating noise: Optimized damping and core assembling design effectively suppress running noise to meet international environmental limits.
