SCB18 series 10kV epoxy resin vacuum cast dry-type transformer is National Class 1 top energy efficiency product, compliant with IEC60076, GB1094 & GB20052-2020 latest energy efficiency standard. Rated capacity ranges from 50kVA to 5000kVA, standard primary voltage 10kV, secondary rated 0.4kV with customizable transformation ratio. Full oil-free epoxy encapsulated design features flame retardant, explosion-proof, zero pollution and ultra-low power loss, developed for global energy-saving power grid upgrading under carbon neutrality goals. Widely deployed in new energy stations, data centers, commercial complexes, urban substations, underground projects, chemical & mining plants.
2. Core & Winding Construction
Iron Core
Made of high-grade high-permeability grain-oriented cold rolled silicon steel sheet with advanced multi-step miter-lap cutting technology, optimized magnetic circuit design sharply cuts no-load loss, no-load current and running noise; core surface coated with anti-rust nano insulating paint for stable long-term operation. No-load loss reduces over 20% vs SCB10 traditional models, core loss far below industry average.
HV & LV Windings
10kV High Voltage Coil: High-purity oxygen-free copper wire wrapped with high-temperature F/H class insulation, integral vacuum epoxy casting, compact structure, extremely low partial discharge (<10pC), excellent moisture-proof, dust-proof and anti-aging performance.
Low Voltage Coil: Small capacity adopts copper wire winding; large-capacity design uses full copper foil winding for uniform current distribution, minimized eddy current loss and balanced temperature rise, greatly improving short-circuit withstand capability.
Epoxy resin reaches F1 fire resistance grade (self-extinguishing, no molten drop when on fire), meeting strict indoor fire safety requirements.
Auxiliary Configuration
Built-in PT100 platinum thermal sensors matched with intelligent temperature controller, realizing automatic cooling fan startup, over-temperature alarm and overheat protection trip. Two cooling options: AN natural air cooling (standard) / AF forced air cooling; under AF mode, transformer can safely bear 120% overload operation temporarily. Optional IP20/IP23 metal protective enclosure to prevent accidental touch and foreign object ingress.
