SCB14 series 10kV vacuum cast dry-type transformer is National Class 2 high-efficiency product complying with IEC60076-11,GB1094&latest GB20052-2020/2024 energy efficiency regulation.Rated capacity ranges from 50kVA to 5000kVA;standard primary voltage 10kV,secondary 0.4kV with customizable transformation ratio.
Full oil-free epoxy encapsulated design features flame retardant,explosion-proof and zero pollution,optimized on the basis of SCB13 with further reduced no-load&load loss.Widely used in municipal power grid,commercial buildings,industrial plants,underground subway,photovoltaic power station,chemical and mining projects,the most cost-effective choice for medium-energy-saving power distribution projects.
2.Structure Design
Core Assembly
Adopts high-grade grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheet with multi-step miter-laminated cutting technique,optimized magnetic circuit to cut no-load loss by 10%~15%vs SCB13.Core surface coated with anti-rust insulated paint,vibration damping structure effectively lowers running noise below industry standard.
HV&LV Windings
10kV High Voltage Coil:High-purity oxygen-free copper wire wrapped with high-temperature resistant insulation,integral vacuum epoxy casting,partial discharge controlled below≤5pC,outstanding moisture-proof&anti-aging property.
Low Voltage Coil:Small capacity:copper wire winding;large capacity:full copper foil winding,uniform current distribution,low extra eddy loss and strong short-circuit withstand capacity.
Epoxy resin is F1 self-extinguishing grade,no molten drop under open fire;standard F-class insulation(155℃),optional H-class(180℃)for high-temperature harsh environment.
Auxiliary Accessories
Built-in PT100 platinum thermal sensors matched with intelligent temperature controller,realizing automatic cooling fan startup,over-temperature alarm and overheat trip protection.Two cooling options:AN natural air cooling(standard),AF forced air cooling;under AF mode,the transformer supports 20%temporary overload operation.Optional IP20/IP23 metal protective cabinet for anti-touch and dust prevention.
