The 10kV SCB13 epoxy resin cast dry-type transformer is a high-efficiency, safe and eco-friendly power distribution device, covering a complete capacity range from 50kVA to 5000kVA. This transformer adopts advanced full vacuum epoxy resin casting technology with a fully oil-free structural design, completely eliminating hidden dangers such as oil leakage, combustion and explosion existing in traditional oil-immersed transformers. The core is made of high-quality grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, processed by multi-step miter lap cutting and optimized magnetic circuit design. This sophisticated structure effectively reduces no-load loss, no-load current and operating noise, achieving significantly lower energy consumption than conventional dry-type transformers, and delivers stable and reliable long-term operation.

Both high and low voltage windings adopt high-purity oxygen-free copper materials. The 10kV high-voltage coil is integrally cast with high-temperature resistant epoxy resin, featuring compact structure, low partial discharge, excellent moisture-proof, dust-proof and anti-aging performance. Low-voltage windings adopt wire winding for small-capacity models and copper foil winding for large-capacity models, ensuring uniform current distribution, low eddy current loss and strong short-circuit withstand capability. The whole winding system adopts F-class insulation, which can withstand high-temperature operation and greatly extend the service life of the equipment.

Equipped with a built-in PT100 intelligent temperature monitoring system, the transformer supports automatic fan control, over-temperature alarm and overheat protection tripping. It provides two cooling modes: natural air cooling (AN) and forced air cooling (AF), enabling temporary overload operation to cope with sudden load changes. Optional IP20 and IP23 protective enclosures prevent accidental contact and foreign object intrusion, improving operational safety.
